As a member of the Brand & Communications team at AlphaSights, one of core responsibilities was to bring AlphaSights’ story to life. AlphaSights connects investors and business leaders with the knowledge they need to succeed. The brand strategy was two-fold:
Help experts – i.e., any industry professional with expert insights about their industry, practice area or product space – understand the value of partnering with AlphaSights to share their knowledge and power decision-making.
Explain to candidates – i.e., ambitious students ready to jumpstart a career in business – what it is that we do and how they (will) fit in, and ultimately help them decide if they want to get on board.
I had the pleasure of being deeply involved in these visual storytelling projects, from ideation to launch – creating the strategic briefs, writing out the talking points, question guides, and core messaging, storyboarding, project managing around 70+ colleagues’ schedules, liaising with creative agencies on budget, onsite logistics, and video edit feedback, and finally the roll-out of each story piece.
